“I think there’s less to learn than you think. I think there’s a certain amount to learn, but, honestly, in a way, doing journalism is like… if you can notice what’s interesting, then the tape equipment is just, like, recording the conversations, and then you make a log and you look at, like, ’so, okay, what did I get?’ and you make a list of your favorite points, and then you put them in an order and you play them for somebody else. That’s radio.”
